Diet plan..again..

I think I'll forever be dieting..sigh..
It's kinda frustrating when the thing u most love is to EAT but after that u easily regret coz u can easily gain weight but NOT losing them..
And...what's more frustrating is, according to my height, my ideal weight is actually 38kgs??
Who in the world is 26 years old with 38kgs weight? Ok la..ade kot..but confirm la tak ramai kaaann!

So..before kawen I managed to lose weight from 55kgs to 48kgs! To me, its a BIG accomplishment ok :p. But, once I got pregnant, I gained my weight to 50kgs..then I miscarriage and maintained my weight at 50kgs. After that, I got pregnant again, and at the end of the 9 months..my weight was 70kgs *gasp*!

After I gave birth, only after about 2weeks in confinement I had the guts to timbang! :p Well, turun lah of coz with the baby and all to... 62kgs. Then later after 44 days turun lagi to 55kgs..up until today..the 57th day, it stayed that way..huhhu.

Tak tau la apsal degil sgt lemak2 di badanku ini, die stay je 55kgs. Dah taknak turun sgt, I gave up and started to eat everything I saw. Harini je aku dah makan roti ngan pnut butter, roti jala (lunch & dinner), 3 big ketul chocs, and kerepek. I've just finished the kerepek seconds ago..
Tak lapar..but just want to eat. BAD habit..BAAAD!

But then, a few days ago after tengok gambar sendirik kat facebook yg telah diupload oleh tim dan shy..I..felt like vomiting everything out of me. I am HUGE! but short..but HUGE!
I am disgusted...

Dan oleh kerana itulah aku decide untuk amik Herbalife (duit takde ni, cepatla dapat kije..ofis lame, panggil la aku balik plss..plsss..aku nak duit utk beli Herbalife ni!).

Jadi, sebelum aku start HL nih..meh aku catit sket berat badan dan lain2 tentang aku dikala ini.
Bukan untuk korang bayangkan cemane rupe aku skang or untuk korang bagi kritik berupe kutukan ok, tapi utk sama2 tengok..HL ni berkesan ke?? Nanti every end of the week aku akan update pasal perkembangan/ penguncupan diri aku ok?

oh, and selain dr HL..aku akan try to stay away from ICE & SUGAR, minum before makan biar cepat kenyang (mun yg bagi tips ni) dan minum air 30minit lepas makan..uh uh gudlak! :D

p/s: aku bukan nak kurus untuk cantik semata2..yes untuk cantik, for my hubby speshly..tapi aku juge nak kurus supaye sehat, supaye tak mengah mase berjalan dan etc k (oh..i so don't have to justify this)

--> let it go, let it be. sometimes its the heart you shd least follow, they know it, they truly do.
i've been there, done that..its time for them to experience it now. love & doa.
